Protector Plan
The technology industry is renowned for its relentless research and development, continually releasing stronger, faster, more efficient hardware to align the demands of business. However, with every newly released product there is invariably another product that is discontinued. The manufacturers only retain a limited stock of parts pertaining to that product; therefore, as your IT hardware ages, replacement parts become harder to locate and increase in cost – simple supply and demand. In an ideal world we would recommend an upgrade, but that is not always possible.
First 4 IT’s Protector Plan offers your business the ability to extend the potential life of your hardware by offering a replacement parts warranty on selected key IT equipment.

The Protector Plan and Protector Plus gives you reassurance that all the relevant components are held in stock and if you need them, they will be with you in pre-agreed response time at no additional cost.
