I have worked with First 4 IT over the past 3 years and found the organisation to be professional, creative and responsive to our needs. First 4 IT have become an integral IT partner and deliver a wide range of business critical services from server support, ISP and design and development of infrastructure. First 4 IT has provided a personal service that has on occasion gone beyond the call of duty to assist our organisation. The team are friendly and skilled. It is satisfying to be able to call and speak with an engineer you know when a problem arises instead of logging a fault with a call centre and waiting for someone to turn up or fix a problem.
